Refund policy
In the case of an exchange, the customer must communicate their intention within 15 days after receiving the order. To do this, they should contact us by email at vendas@lalalandstore.pt or through the contact form indicating their intention.
To proceed with the exchange or return, the following conditions must be verified:
- The product must not show any marks or signs of having been used.
- The product must have all tags, as well as the original packaging intact.
- It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt (which is included with the order).
If any of these conditions are not met, no exchange will be processed, and the item will be returned to the customer.
Shipping costs in the case of an exchange will always be borne by the customer, and the shipping charges will be refunded in the cases described below:
- When the product has a defect not caused by the customer.
- When the product is different from the one purchased by the customer.
- When the item is a different size from what was ordered.
In the above cases, La La Land Store® will inform the customer of the best way to proceed with the return shipment and will exchange it for the correct product. If the respective product is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange it for a similarly priced product, or we will refund the product value and the respective shipping charges. Any other situation outside these parameters should be communicated via vendas@lalalandstore.pt or by phone at 256040282, and it will be analyzed by management.
All returns requested by customers for mainland Portugal will incur a cost of €5 for the collection of goods, except in situations of defects as mentioned above.
In the case of cash on delivery, €2.60 for administrative and payment processing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For sales made until December 16, 2024, exchanges are accepted until the end of the year.
