Shipping Products

All of our products are shipped via CTT Expresso and take between 1 and 3 business days to arrive at your destination, for orders that are delivered in mainland Portugal. Deliveries to the islands take up to 3 business days. Deliveries to Europe take between 2 to 10 working days after dispatch.

All orders submitted and paid until 12:00 GMT on working days will be dispatched on the same day.
If you are not at the address at the time of delivery of your order, it will be redirected to the nearest post office in the case of shipping via CTT.
When ordering, the most appropriate carrier will be placed at your disposal depending on some factors relating to your order, such as the payment method and the delivery area.
Within Mainland Portugal and Islands we charge shipping costs of 5 and Spain 6.6€.
Shipping costs to other countries vary depending on the product to be ordered. Please contact us to receive a quote.
Note: When finalizing the order, our system allows you to choose a different delivery address. This is useful if you want to send a specific order to a different address than usual, for example, to your place of work.
All products are checked before being dispatched by one of our employees.
Orders are not delivered on holidays or weekends.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Free Delivery

In Portugal Mainland and Islands, orders equal to or greater than 50 do not pay for postage. In the case of Spain, postage is offered on orders of 60 or more.60€.

International Shipping

Our store is prepared to automatically calculate shipping costs and to process orders for the main world destinations.

In the case of an exchange, the customer must communicate his intention within 15 days after receiving the order. In order to proceed with the exchange, the following conditions must be met:

It will have to be accompanied by the receipt of the purchase that follows with the order..
If none of these conditions are met, no exchange will be carried out and the item will be returned to the customer.
Shipping costs in the event of exchange will always be borne by the customer, and the shipping costs will be refunded in the cases described below:
When the product has a defect that is not caused by the Customer;
When the product is different from the one purchased by the Customer;
When the item is a different size than the one ordered.

Payments, Prices and Promotions

Despite the efforts of La La Land Store, some products may be priced incorrectly, so we check prices whenever we process orders. Exchanges and Returns
